Station House

Viva Projects | 650 tons

Two different contractors and a building that got reduced in size due to planning objections made this an interesting proposition. The fire was designed for a much taller building and slowed down the speed at which we could have proceeded but we met each challenge like seasoned professionals.

Contermanskloof Reservoir

CSV Construction | 825 tons

Completing a job previously left incomplete by a previous contractor provided quite a few challenges with regards tio old material on site as well as picking up where they left off. I great contractor to work for made this project an easy proposition and the job was completed with very little issue.

Century City Hotel / Apex / Conference Center

Concor | 2500 tons

Four Separate buildings sitting on a super basement provided a unique logistical challenge as resource management was key in maintaining a good program. Despite these challenges the team we entrusted to complete the work did so in good order and managed a high standard that secured future work with this client

Steel Rebar

If concrete is the body, Steel Reinforcing is the skeleton. At Maxx Structures, our "Supply and Fix" service is a masterclass in structural integrity. We translate complex engineering drawings into high-tensile reality—procuring, fabricating, and fixing rebar with surgical precision.
