This page sets out the standard Terms and Conditions applicable to work undertaken by Maxx Structures (Pty) Ltdacross our three core trades: Reinforcing Steel, Formwork and Concrete. These terms are intended to provide a clear framework for quotations, orders, supply, installation, programming, site conditions, variations, payments, material pricing, delays, responsibilities and the execution of our works. Certain conditions may differ between trades due to the nature of the materials and services provided, including provisions relating to reinforcing steel price fluctuations, concrete supply and surcharges, and formwork hire, installation and programme requirements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, acceptance of a Maxx Structures quotation, purchase order or instruction to proceed will be deemed acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions published on this page together with any project-specific conditions stated in our quotation.
